| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设,应充分发挥水利在新农村建设中的基础性作用.结合广西南宁市良庆区的特点,指出农村水利在新农村建设中的地位与作用,分析该区在新农村建设中农村水利面临的问题与挑战,明确为新农村建设提供保障的农村水利的发展任务与目标,对今后工作提出建议.

| Abstract: | The infrasturctural function of water conservancy works shall be brought into full play in the course of new social country construction.Combined with the features of Liangqing district of Nanning city,the author presented the status and function of rural water conservancy works for the new country construction,analyzed the problems and challenge faced by this district,defined the tasks and targets of rural water conservancy development to secure the new country construction,and give some suggestions for future work. |
