| 摘 要： | 分析了手机上盖壳体的成型工艺,介绍了精密注射模的结构设计要点和模具浇注系统的设计方法,给出了该类模具排气系统和斜顶杆机构的典型设计方案,实现了塑件的顺利顶出,解决了注射过程中引起的困气和斜顶杆断裂的问题。

| Abstract: | The molding technique of a mobile phone top cover shell was analyzed.The key points in designing the structure and runner system of a precision injection mould was stated;and a typical scheme of air exhaust system and inclined ejection mechanism for this kind of mould was given.The air jam problem and fracture failure of inclined ejector during the injection process was solved. |
