| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO,给中国带来了机遇,也给中国企业带来了挑战。国外管理先进的企业纷纷进入中国市场淘金。对于信息化程度很高的国外企业,中国本土企业在这方面做的还很不够,虽然这一方面也受到了重视。该文主要是就ERP系统的应用给企业带来的直接效益与间接效益,进而提升企业竞争力进行了初步的探讨与分析。
