| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with a simple method of revision of nonlinear respons eof photodetector by means of a neutral filter. The approach is based on the hypo-thesis that sensitivity S of photodetector changes with radiant flux. Taking intoconsideration of a neutral filter as a flux attenuator,a revisionary formula of no-nlinear response of photo detector is derived. Tests have been carried out, andcomparison with biaperture method suggests the reliability of the method. |
