电渣重熔体系电毛细振荡的研究

摘    要:分析了电毛细振荡产生的机理和电渣重熔过程中去硫、去氧和去夹杂行为。通过交、直流两用电渣炉试验证实了交流电渣重熔过程存在电毛细振荡现象,并且交流电渣炉去硫和去夹杂效果优于直流正接和直流反接电渣炉。

Abstract:The mechanism of electro capillary oscillation generation and desulphurization, deoxidation and inclusion removal are analyzed The phenomenon of electro capillary oscillation in alternate current eletro slag remelting process has been proved by experiment on an alternate/direct current electro slag furnace The effect of desulphurization and inclusion removal in alternate current electro slag furnace is better than that in direct current electro slag furnace connected positively or in reverse
