| 摘 要： | 合理低价评标法是符合《招标投标法》的评标办法之一,在许多水利工程招标中被采用。结合国内外合理低价评标法的实施模式,分析研究合理低价评标法的优越性和存在的问题,提出了符合我国工程建设实情的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Evaluation Method of Lowest Price Limited is one of the methods that comply with the Law of Tendering and Bidding of P. R. China and is adopted widely in tendering and bidding of water project. The advantages and issues with the Evaluation Method of Lowest Price Limited are examined in reference to the implementation models of Evaluation Method of Lowest Price Limited both home and aboard. Measures in line with the local conditions of project construction are proposed. |
