| 摘 要： | 由于溶液结晶、弹簧失效及密封内冲洗水压力低造成半贫液泵机械密封失效，将原多弹簧机械密封改为波纹管型机械密封，同时提高密封冲洗水压力，达到了延长机械密封使用寿命的目的。

| Abstract: | Mechanical seal of semi-lean solution pump was prone to failure, the main causes are by crystallization of the solution, malfunction of the spring and the insufficient of rinsing water pressure in the capsulation. A suggestion was made to change the previous multi-spring mechanical seals structure with bellows-type mechanical seal and increase the rinsing water pressure to prolong the service life of mechanical seal. |
