摘    要:探讨了藏药红景天超临界流体萃取物的GC-MS分析。结果表明,对红景天在萃取剂乙醇浓度为85%、萃取温度55℃、萃取压力30 MPa、萃取时间2 h条件下的萃取物成分进行GC-MS分析,共鉴定出32种组分,占出峰物质总量的87.548%,主要为醇类、酯类、烷烃、烯烃等化合物。

Abstract:The GC-MS analysis of supercritical CO2 extracting products from Tibetan medicine Rhodiola was discussed in this paper.The GC-MS was used to analyze the product which was extracted under these conditions:the concentration of entrainer is 85%(V/V),the extracting temperature is 55 ℃,the extracting pressure is 30 MPa,the extracting time is 2 h.32 kinds of compounds were identified in the product,which are alcohols,esters,alkanes and alkenes,these account for 87.548% of the total components.
