TMS320F2812在串联谐振高频逆变电源中的应用

摘    要:为减小逆变器功率器件的开关损耗,提高装置输出效率,应该控制逆变器的工作频率实时跟踪负载谐振频率,确保开关器件工作在零电流开关(ZCS)状态。介绍了高频逆变电源中采用TMS320F2812实现频率跟踪的数字锁相环(DPLL)方法,给出了实现DPLL的算法,并对采用DPLL的高频逆变电源系统进行了Simulink仿真,仿真结果表明逆变器的工作频率能实时跟踪负载谐振频率,验证了ZCS软开关工作模式。

Abstract:In order to reduce the losses of switching components and improve efficiency of the power,the operating frequency of the inverter power is controlled,so as to track the load resonant frequency simultaneously to keep the inverter always operating in Zero-Current-Switching(ZCS) mode.A method for implementing the Digital Phase Locked Loop(DPLL)applied to High-Frequency-Inverter power supply is put forward in the paper.The process of implementing this method using TMS320F2812 is presented too.Finally,the High-Frequency-Inverter power based on TMS320F2812 are constructed and simulated in Simulink environment.The results of simulation show that the operating frequency of the inverter power can track the load resonant frequency simultaneously,also it verifies the inverter can operate in Zero-Current-Switching(ZCS) mode.
