摘    要:将无机纳米TiO2粉末、纳米氟系改性拒水乳液、粘合剂、分散剂和其它助剂采用高速剪切混合及超声分散方法配制成稳定的工作液,然后对涤棉混纺织物进行多功能整理,使织物同时获得防紫外线和拒水的效果。试验中,测定了混合工作液中不同种类和用量纳米粉体及纳米改性拒水剂的粒径大小和分布;整理后织物的UPF值和拒水等级;观察了纳米材料在织物表面形态分布的差异。结果表明,经纳米TiO2和改性氟系拒水剂FS280-F的混合浮液整理后,织物的UPF值达到65以上、拒水等级达到4~5级,整理性能比二者单独使用时有较大的提高。

Abstract:Including inorganic nano-particles, nano-modified water repellent agents, adhesive, dispersant and other auxiliaries were blended to obtain multifunctional finishing agent, T/C blended fabric finished with this agent features anti-ultraviolet and water-repellency. The particle size analyzer, UV spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscope were used to determine the particle size and its distribution of nano-material, the UPF values and the grade of water-repellency of the finished fabrics. With the synergistic effect the nano finishing agents formed special interfacial effect on the surface of fabrics. The UPF of treated textiles is over 65 and the grade of water repellency up to 4-5.
