谈语音室管理员素质建设

多媒体语音室是外语实验教学的重要场所,不仅要有先进的教学设备,还要有完善的管理制度,更重要的是要有高素质的语音实验管理队伍,三者缺一不可。如果只重视语音室的硬件建设、管理制度,而忽视了语音室管理人员的政治素质和业务水平的提高,这对搞好语音室的管理,充分发挥语音室的重要作用是不利的,因此必须高度重视多媒体语音室管理人员的素质。

The Quality Construction of the Administrative Personnel of the Language Laboratory

The multimedia language laboratory is an important place of the foreign language experimental teaching,which has not only advanced teaching equipment,but has also perfect management regulations,and most important of all,the high quality of administrative personnel of the Language Laboratory.If only importance is attached to hardware construction and management regulations,while no attention is paid to improvement of political quality and business level of administrative personnel,it is disadvantageous to improve language laboratory management and play an important role of language laboratory.Therefore we must think highly of the quality of administrative personnel of multimedia language laboratory.
