摘    要:X射线荧光光谱法具有分析速度快、测定范围广、分析成本低等优点,在生产领域中,其应用范围随着不断的开发也在不断的扩展。使用X射线荧光光谱仪测定了催化剂中La的含量,通过与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和分光光度法进行实验方法的比对,得到的测试结果基本一致,表明此方法具有很好可靠性。

Abstract:X- ray fluorescence spectrometry has several advantages, such as taster anatys~s speeu, wide measurement range, and the low cost, its application scope was constantly expanding along with the constant development in the field of production. The content of La in the catalyst was determined by X - ray fluorescence spectrometer, through comparison with inductively coupled plasma atomic e -mission spectrometry method and speetrophotometric method, the test results were basically consistent, indicating that this method has good reliability.
