摘    要:针对柴油机缸体冷却水腔密封面穴蚀影响水腔密封性,导致机油乳化、冲缸等问题,制定了特定的修复工艺。采用镶嵌不锈钢套的方法消除穴蚀,并将缸体加工至原形位尺寸,恢复了缸体的使用性能。实际应用证明了该工艺的可靠性。

Abstract:The cavitation erosion occurred on the sealing surface of cooling water chamber of diesel engine block may influence the sealing of water chamber, and causes problems such as oil emulision and cylinder gasket destroy. To deal with it, specific repairing technique was developed. The cavitation erosion was solved by the method of inlaying stainless steel bush, and the cylinder block was processed to the original dimension, thus made the cylinder block useful again. The application results verified the reliability of this technique.
