空气静压止推轴承动态性能试验台

针对空气静压止推轴承动态性能的研究需求,研制了一种可以测量一定外部扰动情况下的轴承气膜间隙变化量及对应扰动变化量之间关系的试验台,阐述了试验台的机械结构、测试系统以及工作原理。测试结果表明:该试验台很好表征了不同的外部扰动频率下气膜间隙的变化趋势,运行平稳,可靠性高,能够满足空气静压止推轴承动态性能的研究需求。

Test Rig for Dynamic Performances of Aerostatic Thrust Bearings

Aimed at research demands for dynamic performances of aerostatic thrust bearings,a test rig is developed to measure the variation relationship between gas film clearance and corresponding disturbance of the bearings under certain external disturbance. The mechanical structure,test system and working principle of a test rig are described. The test results show that the test rig well characterize variation trend of gas film clearance under different external disturbance frequencies. The test rig features smooth operation and high reliability,and the research demands are met for dynamic performance of aerostatic thrust bearings.
