高功率微波铁氧体材料可靠性试验与分析

摘    要:采用普通陶瓷工艺制备了YGdIG石榴石型多晶X48P、X99P和NiZn尖晶石型多晶X198P、X262P高功率微波铁氧体材料,进行了温度冲击、稳态湿热环境试验,测试了试验前后铁磁共振线宽、自旋波线宽、介电损耗等性能。试验结果表明,温度冲击试验使材料性能略微降低,变化率均小于8%;稳态湿热试验后性能略微提升,变化率均小于8%,试验后性能几乎恢复到常态。材料性能稳定、可靠性高。

Abstract:The polycrystalline yttrium-gadolinium iron garnet X48P and X99P,and polycrystalline nickel-zinc spinel ferrite X198P and X262P type of high power microwave ferrite materials were prepared using ordinary ceramic process.Temperature shock and steady state hygrothermal test on materials were carried out.The properties of ferromagnetic resonance linewidth,spinwave linewidth and the dielectric loss were tested before and after tests.The results show that the properties of the materials slightly decrease after the thermal shock(less than 8%).The steady state hygrothermal test results in an increase in properties of the materials,which is also less than 8%.After the steady state hygrothermal test,the properties return to a normal level.So,the high power microwave ferrite materials exhibits high performance stability and high reliability.
