Abstract: | Onionlike core/shell/shell (CdSe/ZnS/CdSe) nanocrystals are designed to emit in the yellow–orange regime from the CdSe core and in the blue regime from the CdSe shell. By changing the synthesis parameters, the intensity of emission from the shell can be varied, thereby tuning the shade of the emitted light, as reported Sameer Sapra and co‐workers on p. 569. |
