滚子轴承保持架异形锁点加工工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了传统保持架锁点的加工方式,分析保持架异形锁点结构特点及加工难点,通过设计专用刀具、夹刀器,利用加工中心设备锁止功能,采用插铣方式进行多刀进给,完成了保持架异形锁点的加工。

Abstract:The processing method is introduced for locking point of traditional cages. The structural characteristics and processing difficulties are analyzed for special-shaped locking point of cages. The special-shaped locking point of cages is processed by multiple cutters feeding in the manner of plunge milling and using locking function of machining center equipment together with specially designed cutter and cutter holder.
