高速精密轧辊磨床动静压轴承的流固耦合分析

摘    要:通过Gambit软件对高速精密轧辊磨床主轴系统的液体动静压轴承润滑油膜进行网格划分,利用FLUENT软件进行油膜应力场分析。结果表明:该轴承的最大油膜应力出现在过油槽和进油口,其余部位油膜越薄,应力越大。采用流固耦合分析方法,在Workbench中将FLUENT中的油膜应力数据映射到轴瓦内表面,对动静压轴承装配体进行结构静力学分析,结果表明该轴承能满足工作要求。

Abstract:The mesh generation for lubricating oil film of hybrid bearings for spindle system of high speed precision roll grinder is carried out by using Gambit,and the stress field of oil film is analyzed by using FLUENT.The results show that the maximum oil film stress of the bearings is located at oil groove and oil inlet.The rest parts covered by thinner oil film have larger stress.The fluid-solid coupling analysis method is used,and the oil film stress data in Fluent is mapped to inner surface of bearing bush in Workbench.The structural statics analysis is carried out for assembly of hybrid bearings,and the results show that the operating requirements for the bearings are met.
