| 摘 要： | 对近4年废品分析工作中涉及轴承套圈的常见缺陷进行统计分析,主要缺陷类型是裂纹(包含断裂)、表面缺陷(点、线,凹坑)、热处理质量缺陷、磨削烧伤。同时,从材料质量、加工工艺质量、热处理质量、磨削质量、装配质量和管理6个方面归纳了套圈常见的缺陷问题,并从原材料检验、加工工艺以及生产管理等方面提出相应的预防措施。

| Abstract: | The common defects of bearing rings are analyzed statistically based on analysis work of rejected rings during four years.The main types of defects are crack(including fracture),surface defects(points,lines,pits),heat treatment quality defects and grinding burns.The common defects of rings are summarized from material quality,processing quality,heat treatment quality,grinding quality,assembly quality and management.The corresponding preventive measures are put forward from raw material inspection,processing technology,production management and other aspects. |
