角接触球轴承套圈沟道位置的改进设计

摘    要:同系列、不同接触角的角接触球轴承套圈沟道位置不同,套圈要分批加工,投料次数多。以7005型和B7005型角接触球轴承为例,提出了一种新的套圈沟道位置设计方法。采用新的设计方法后,内、外圈仅需一次投料,可根据套圈锁口方向和接触角选择相应的合套基面,减少了投料批次,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The angular contact ball bearings with same series and different contact angles have different ring raceway positions. The rings must be processed with a large number of preparing batches. Taking angular contact ball bearings7005 and B7005 as examples,a new design method is proposed for ring raceway positions. The inner and outer rings can be prepared in only one batch after adopting new design method. The corresponding matching reference surface is selected by inner and outer rings according to counterbore direction of rings and contact angle. The preparing batchs are reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.
