摘    要:针对轴承高速运行时获取保持架的运动状态较为困难的问题,设计了全新的保持架动态性能试验方案,并研制了原理样机,运用高速摄影技术高分辨率地记录了保持架的运动状态,从中提取其运动数据进行动态性能分析。经与Adore的仿真结果对比验证了试验结果的可靠性,结果表明:在相同轴向预紧力下,当内外圈反向旋转,保持架公转转速接近于零时,不同内圈转速下保持架做无规律运动;保持架最大径向位移和平均径向位移呈先增大而后减小的趋势。

Abstract:The motion state of cages is difficult to obtain during bearing operation under high speed.A new test scheme is designed for dynamic characteristics of the cages,and a prototype is developed.The high speed photography technology with high resolution is used to record motion state of the cages,and then the motion data is extracted to analyze dynamic characteristics.The reliability of test results is verified through comparing with simulation results obtained by Adore.The results show that the revolution speed of cages is close to zero when the inner and outer rings rotate in opposite directions under same axial preload,and the cages moves irregularly under different rotational speeds of inner rings.The largest radial displacement and average radial displacement of the cages increase firstly and then decrease.
