| 摘 要： | 针对推力调心滚子轴承钢制冲压保持架的技术特点和结构特点,优化设计了成形模、冲装置孔模、冲兜孔模、压坡模和压锁点模,并确定了保持架合理的加工工艺。试制加工表明:模具结构合理,能保证产品质量。

| Abstract: | Aimed at technical characteristics and structural characteristics for steel stamped cages of thrust spherical roller bearings,the forming die,stamping die for mounting holes,stamping die for pockets,pressing die for slope and pressing die for locking point are designed optimally,and the reasonable processing technology is determined for cages.The trial production processing shows that the dies have reasonable structure,and the quality of products is ensured. |
