摘    要:介绍Cronidur30不锈钢的锻造特性,通过分析其锻造特点,优化Cronidur30轴承套圈锻造工艺参数,优化后锻造工艺为锻压成形工艺+辗扩成形工艺。避免锻件孪晶和晶粒粗大现象,使锻件合格率达到90%以上。

Abstract:The forging characteristics of stainless steel Cronidur30 are introduced. The parameters for forging of bearing rings made of Cronidur30 are optimized by analyzing forging characteristics. The optimized forging process is forging forming process and rolling forming process. The phenomenon of twin and coarse grain size in forgings is avoided,and the qualified rate of forgings reaches more than 90%.
