超低碳电工钢碳的控制

摘    要:超低碳电工钢连铸坯的含碳量(质量分数,下同)要求控制在≤0.003%,关键在于RH真空脱碳时将碳降到0.002%以下,然后在脱氧合金化、调温浇铸成坯的过程中,在各个环节采取低碳和超低碳材料及工艺手段防止钢水增碳。

Abstract:The carbon content of continuous casting slab of extra low carbon silicon steel is normally required to be controlled within the limit of 0.003%. To fulfil the purpose the key point is assumed to cut the carbon content to 0.002% down below in the vacuum decarburization phase, and then deoxidize and alloy. In the process of temperature adjustment and casting the low carbon and extra low carbon materials and closely related technologies have to be used in each and every operating step in order to prevent the steel from carbonization.
