机车车辆动应力测试数据分析系统的研究

摘    要:针对机车车辆动应力测试数据处理的特点,开发了机车车辆动应力测试数据分析系统.在软件工程方法基础上,研究了该系统的架构模式,针对大数据量的快速稳定的雨流计数算法,提出了程序实现的合理方法.软件还具备友好、开放、可移植的用户接口,具有推广应用价值.

Abstract:Referring to the feature of the data processing for the measured dynamic stresses of railway vehicle system, a data analysis system was developed to deal with the processing of the vehicle dynamic stresses. The structure of the system was studied on the basis of software engineering. The software was realized according to the rainflow cycle counting algorithm which has the merit of fast and reliable dealing with large ammout of data flow. The software has a friendly, open and easily removable interface and is valuable for practical use.
