原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中的镍的方法研究

摘    要:本文对微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤样品中的镍元素的分析方法进行了探讨,并对不同类型土壤消解后赶酸与不赶酸的测定结果进行了比较。结果表明,原子吸收法测定土壤中的镍必须赶酸,但赶酸的方法可以简化,并利用连续光源原子吸收光谱图进行了验证。

Abstract:In this article, the method of analysis of nickel in soil samples with microwave assisted digestion-AAS was discussed, and the determination of different soils with dispelling acid and without dispelling acid were compared. The results showed that dispelling acid was necessary in determination of nickel in soil with AAS, but the dispelling acid method can be simplified.This point was demonstrated with continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry.
