拦截弹电磁发射过程的控制与仿真

摘    要:在电磁拦截系统动能优化问题的研究中,拦截弹的电磁发射过程,是一个涉及多物理场的复杂动态过程,求解困难。传统分析方法存在电磁场分析与电路分析相互孤立的问题。为提高动力性能,提出场路耦合分析方法,利用Maxwell 2D与Simplore的协同仿真对拦截弹的电磁发射过程进行了仿真研究,得到了发射过程中放电回路的电流波形、发射装置的磁场和涡流分布,以及拦截弹所受电磁力、拦截弹速度和位移随时间的变化规律。并进行了拦截弹发射实验,实验结果与仿真数据的一致性表明所建立的场路耦合模型是正确的。

Control and Simulation of Launching Process of the Interception Projectile

Abstract:Launching process of the interception projectile is a complex dynamic process involving multi-fields and is difficult to be solved.In order to solve the problem that electromagnetic(EM) analysis is isolated with the circuit analysis existed in current research,the field-circuit coupled method was used in this paper.Launching process of the interception projectile was simulated with the software Maxwell 2D and Simplore.The current wave of the discharge circuit,the magnetic field and eddy current of the EM launcher as well as the EM force,the velocity and the position varying with the time were obtained through simulation.Launching experiments were completed with EM experimental device.The consistency between the experimental result and the simulation result verifies the feasibility of analysis in this paper.
