摘    要:目的:建立准确、快速测定葡萄酒中环己基氨基磺酸钠的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。方法:样品经去酒精,调pH,在酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠反应,生成衍生产物,通过HP-5 MS柱分离,质谱定性定量。结果:甜蜜素在0.5mg/kg-200mg/kg范围内呈良好线性,方法回收率在93.0%~107.6%范围内,相对标准偏差小于4%。结论:本法样品处理简单,方法精密度高,准确性好,定性准确,适合葡萄酒中甜蜜素的定量定性分析测试。

Abstract:Objective: Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the sodium cyclamic in wines in a rapid and accurate way. Methods: After being removed alcohol and adjusted pH, the samples were reacted with sodium nitrite in acidic condition.The derivative product were generated and separated by HP-5 MS and determined by GC-MS. Results: The Sodium cyclamate was shown to be linear in the range from 1.0mg/kg to 400mg/kg, The recovery of the method was between 93.0% and 107.6%.The precisions (RSD) was less than 4%. Conclusion: It was suitable for determination of sodium cyclamate in wines with simply treatment, good precision and accuracy.
