摘    要:由于丁基黄原酸性质不稳定,水中含有的悬浮物及杂质容易使萃取剂乳化,采用国标方法进行测量的准确性及重现性均较差。文章探讨了水样从保存、萃取到测定的环节,改良了检测的方法。发现水样保存于弱碱性条件下较为适宜,采用离心法对萃取液进行破乳,效果显著。实验表明,改良后方法回收率在97.5%~100.0%,相对标准偏差在2.1%~3.2%,能很好满足检测的需要。

Abstract:Butyl xanthate is unstable, the suspended substance and impurities in water make organic solvents emulsified easily, so is hard to accuracy to measure by the standard method. The paper discusses the process about the preservation of water samples, extraction and detection. Improve the detect method. Find out water samples should stored in weak alkaline conditions, and centrifugation is a good method for demulsification. Experiments show that the recoveries of improved method are 97.5%-100.0%, precisions are 2.1% - 3.2%, well to the needs of the detection.
