摘    要:采用乙酸乙酯提取,石墨柱净化,GC(ECD检测器)对果蔬基质中乙烯菌核利、甲菌利和乙菌利残留量的检测。结果表明,乙烯菌核利的回收率为74.7%~115.2%,变异系数为6.0%~11.7%;甲菌利的回收率为72.5%~108.1%,变异系数为6.6%~12.6%;乙菌利的回收率为74.3%~115.5%,变异系数为7.2%~10.8%,检出限(LOD)为0.002mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.010 mg/kg。该方法线性相关性、回收率、变异系数等技术参数均符合农药残留检测的要求,且快速、灵敏、准确,可用于实际样品中乙烯菌核利的残留检测分析。

Abstract:An effective multi-residual method for the trace analysis of Vinclozolin, Myelozolin and Chlozolinate in fruits and vegetables was developed by gas chromatography. Samples were extracted with the ethyl acetate, purified with the graphite carb, elutioned with the acetone - hexane (V: V = 1:2 ). The extracts were analyzed using GC-ECD. The detection limits (LODs) of the method was 0.002 mg/kg, and the quantification limits (LOQs) was 0.010 mg/kg for GC-ECD. The relative standard deviations ( RSDs ) of recovery for Vinclozolin, Myclozolin and Chlozolinate were lower than 15% in 10 types of agro-produets. The repetitive determinations of recovery achieved good reproducibility for Vinclozolin, Myclozolin and Chlozolinate, and the recovery of Vinclozolin, Myclozolin and Chlozolinate ranged from 72.5% to 115.5%. The method has great potential for routine analysis of Vinclozolin, Myclozolin and Chlozolinate residue in fruits and vegetables
