纺织品耐汗渍色牢度标准比较

摘    要:采用GB/T3922--1995和AATCC15—2002标准测试纺织品耐汗渍色牢度时,汗液的组分、pH值、烘箱的温度和时间、贴衬织物等都会对测试结果产生很大的影响。研究上述各因素对测试结果的影响,发现采用同一标准,不同pH值对测试结果影响不大;同是酸性汗液,采用不同标准,不同pH值对结果有不同影响;烘箱温度和恒温时间以及贴衬组分对沾色牢度也会产生很大的影响。

Abstract:In determination of color fastness to perspiration of textiles according to GB/T3922 199.5 and AATCC 15 -2002 standards, composites of perspiration, pH value, temperature and time in dryer, adjacent fabric are the key items exerting influence on testing results. It is said that perspiration with different pH value in the same standard exerts little influence on testing results, while different acidic pH value in different standards, fastness is different; temperature and time in dryer, as wel as adjacent fabrics will affect the fastness to staining.
