环保型外墙保温砂浆的性能影响因素分析

摘    要:分析了EPS与膨胀珍珠岩的比例、粉煤灰及纤维掺量等对EPS保温砂浆性能的影响.对保温砂浆的导热系数影响最大的因素是EPS掺量.粉煤灰掺入到保温砂浆中既降低了水泥的用量,又解决了粉煤灰的污染问题,保护了环境,纤维的掺入能提高保温砂浆的抗收缩性能.

Abstract:The influence of mass-velocity ratio of EPS to expanded pearlite, added quantity of fly ash and fiber on EPS thermal insulation mortar properties are analyzed.The most important factors which affect the heat coefficient is the amount of EPS added into the heat insulation mortar. Fly ash added into the heat insulating mortar will reduce the consumption of cement, and solve the pollution problem, and protect the environment. Added fiber can enhance the anti- contraction performance of the thermal insulating mortar.
