量化对PMP测量精度的影响研究

摘    要:相位测量轮廓术(PMP)采用相移法测量相位,系统的测量精度取决于相位测量精度和相位-高度映射算法。由于数字计算机在处理数据时进行了离散化处理,从而引入了量化误差,本研究通过理论推导和计算机仿真实验,以测量误差为对象,研究了信号量化对PMP测量精度的影响。实验得出量化误差对相位测量的影响随调制度的增大而减小。

Abstract:The phase-measuring profilometry(PMP) adopts the phase shifting measurement to measure phase.The system measuring accuracy is determined by the phase measuring accuracy and the phase-height mapping algorithm.Digital computer will introduce quantization error due to the discretization in data processing.This paper discussed the influence of signal quantification on PMP measuring accuracy,theoretically,taking measurement error as the criterion,computer simulation is also given.The results proved that the influence of signal quantification on PMP measuring accuracy will decrease with the modulation degree increase.
