摘    要:随着城市地下空间的开发利用,抗拔桩的用量急剧增加,地下室及地下车库中采用预应力管桩作为抗拔桩的工程很多,部分地下结构在建造期间或竣工后使用期间出现上浮.通过对上浮地下车库外观状况调查、底板上浮量监测,查阅分析设计、施工及基桩检测资料,采取选择典型上浮区域将底板切开、工程桩开挖出露后截取的方式,对基础底板厚度及配筋、桩身...
