| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国大城市地下立体交通的现状,研究开发了箱涵顶进双重置换施工工艺。介绍了箱涵顶进工法的发展历程和现状,阐述了箱涵顶进双重置换工法的基本原理和施工流程。以上海市金山铁路改建工程倪家一组立交桥为背景,通过对地表沉降的影响因素分析,介绍了箱涵顶进双重置换工法的主要安全措施,包括进出洞技术、减摩技术、高精度姿态控制等,结合现场沉降监测资料为现场施工提供实用性建议,并且说明了箱涵顶进双重置换工法的安全性和经济性。
