圆砾卵石层的浅埋水底地表注浆试验与分析

摘    要:本文论述了水底隧道穿越浅埋富水的河漫滩圆砾、卵石层时,采用地表注浆法对圆砾、卵石层进行注浆加固试验的设计与施工,并对圆砾、卵石层注浆加固后岩体进行取芯和压水试验,得到不同配合比下的浆液初凝时间及该地层条件下的注浆量、注浆压力、注浆速度及扩散半径等注浆参数。本工程的圆砾、卵石地层具有孔隙率大、孔隙具有贯穿性、孔隙水与江水具有连通性等特点,因此,根据孔位和注浆序列分别采用定压注浆和定量注浆作为对单孔停止注浆的依据。本文研究成果对本工程的设计和工程施工提供重要依据,对相似工程提供重要参考。

Abstract:This paper presents the ground grouting design and application to the water-enriched gravel and cobble layer of the shallow-buried underwater tunnel.Drilling and pump-in tests are used to check the grouting result.Some parameters such as the times of initial setting of different grout mix proportion,grouting amount,grouting pressure,grouting speed and diffusion radius are suggested.Gravel and cobble layer have the characteristics of high porosity,traversed pore and connectivity between pore water and river ...
