| 摘 要： | 在调研国内外城乡结合部污水处理相关政策和管理实践的基础上,针对北京市城乡结合部实际情况,通过现状访谈和典型分析,对北京市城乡结合部污水处理设施运行管理对策进行探讨,针对城中村、城边村、城郊村3种类型,分别提出了污水处理设施运行管理的大市政运营模式、共建共管模式、自建自管模式等不同管理模式,并从管理责任主体、经费筹措、运行监管等方面分别进行了论述。在此基础上,提出了北京市城乡结合部污水处理设施运行管理政策建议。
