高压共轨柴油机轨压控制策略研究

摘    要:针对柴油机高压共轨轨压控制设计了燃油喷射压力的控制策略,根据柴油机的运行参数计算目标喷射压力并选择相应的控制模式。在Matlab/Simulink仿真软件上进行仿真实验。从仿真的结果表明采用变参数PID控制,可以达到最佳控制效果。

Abstract:This paper designs a controller for the common-rail pressure of the high-pressure common-rail electronic control system. The control strategy and mode was designed and the set point fuel injection pressure was calculated according to engine operating parameters. Simulation experiment in simulation software Matlab/Simulink has been carried out, the result proved that this system can obtain quite fine effects in control.
