摘 要: | 采用西门子s7-200系列可编程控制器(PLC)对双面钻孔组合机床的控制系统进行技术改造,并介绍了双面钻孔组合机床的工作过程,给出了PLC控制的I/O端子接线图和梯形图程序。实践证明,改造后的双面钻孔组合机床在实际生产中运行稳定,生产效率大大提高。

Abstract: | Two-sided drill hole modular machine tool electrical control system transformation using the SIEMENSS7-200 series programmable logic controller (PLC) , and describes the working process of two-sided drill hole modular machine tool, given the design of PLC controlled I/O terminal wiring diagram and ladder diagram program. Practice has proved that two-sided drill hole modular machine tool control system in the actual production run stable, greatly improved production efficiency. |
