摘    要:含风电场电力系统中风电与负荷的不确定性对系统的安全经济运行产生影响,含有风电场的机组组合问题不再是一个常规意义下的确定性问题,利用传统的方法也难获得既经济又有较高可靠性的解。风电场出力预测主要影响系统的负荷运行备用容量,因此要通过配置备用来应付系统中的不确定性因素。该文通过备用的效益与成本在目标函数中的相互牵制,自动为系统配置合适的备用,并将构建模型中部分含有{0,1}变量乘积形式的非线性约束转化为由一组线性约束条件来表达,转化后的数学模型为标准的二次混合整数规划问题。算例分析表明该模型的有效性和实用性。

Unit Commitment Considering Wind Farm Based on Stochastic Simulation
Abstract:The safe and economic operation of the power system is affected by the uncertainty of wind power and load in power system which contains wind power, the unit commitment(UC) problem in wind power integrated system is not a traditional certain problem. The solution which is economic and reliable is difficult to attain by traditional ways. Load operating reserve capacity of the system is mainly impacted by wind power prediction, so that the backup should be configured to cope with the uncertainty of the system factors. Through the mutual check of the spare benefit and cost in the objective function, suitable spare could be automatic configured for the system, and part of the model that contains { 0, 1 } variable product form of nonlinear constrains would be transformed to a group of linear constrains to express, the transformation of the mathematical model was a standard secondary mixed integer programming problem. The example results show the effectiveness and practicability.
