基于CAN总线的锂离子电池管理系统

摘    要:针对不同车型所使用电池数量、电池容量等参数不同的情况,设计了一种锂离子电池管理系统。系统以单片机为核心,CAN总线通信为基础,采用分布式网络控制系统结构,实时检测电池的各种运行参数;根据电池状态进行电池均衡、故障诊断报警;通过人机接口进行系统参数标定;通过读取历史存储信息进行离线分析,改进SOC估算方法和减少故障分析成本。试验结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,可以应用于不同车型,电压测量精度为±5mV,SOC精度为7%。

A Lithium-ion Battery Management System Based on CAN Bus
Abstract:A lithium-ion battery management system was developed for different types of vehicles which have dif- ferent parameters such as the number of batteries and the capacity of battery. The distributed control system structure based on a single chip computer and CAN bus monitors various operating parameters of the battery in real time. The system then checks the battery state, performs the battery equalization and fault diagnostics. The system also uses HMI to calibrate system parameters. By analyzing the stored data offline, it can contribute to make a better estimation method of SOC and reduce the cost of malfunction analysis. Test results show that the battery management system is stable and reliable and can be is +SmV, accuracy of SOC is applied to different types of vehicles, the single battery voltage measurement accuracy 7%.
