积分分离PID控制算法在PLC炉温控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对电加热炉这种非线性对象大惯性、纯滞后、参数时变的控制特点,常规PID控制参数不易调节的缺点,本设计采用积分分离PID控制算法,设计了基于S7-200 PLC的炉温控制系统.实验结果表明该设计能够消除系统的稳态误差,又有效的提高了响应时间和控制精度,具有较好的实用价值.

Abstract:According to the characteristics owned by the temperature control of resistance heating furnace, such as the non- linear object with large inertia, pure time-delay and parameters time-varying, and the control parameters are not easy adjusted by conventional PID adjustment, an integral separating PID control algorithm is put forward in this paper, designing a furnace temperature control system based on S7-200 PLC. The result of experiment shows that the design has eliminated the stable state error of system, effectively improved the response time and the control accuracy, and has the definite practical value with great advantage of its easy-applying way.
