| 摘 要： | 通过对一起企业合同纠纷的发生及处理的过程，阐述如何依法来认定债权与债务关系的是否转移。通过案例提示企业相关部门或责任人提高合同法意识，在处理合同问题时严格执行国家法律法规，减少、规避此类纠纷的发生。

| Abstract: | Through the process of occurrence and deal of a contract dispute between enterprises, illustrated how to affirm obligatory right and transfer of liabilities. Through the cases, draw attention of related departments and personnel to elevate ideology of contract law, and to follow national law, regulations and reduce and avoid this kind of dispute in dealing with contract. |
