超前扩展点的诱导

摘    要:用人为的方法,在表面温度高于T1时产生超前扩展点的做法叫做超前扩展点的诱导.用液态介质中冷却的四阶段理论分析指出:通过诱导产生超前扩展点可以克服自然超前扩展点的随机性,可以提高工件获得的冷却速度,还可以减小工件上的冷却速度差异.提出了两种诱导超前扩展点的方法:诱导锥法和冲液法.用实际的诱导试验演示了这两种方法的诱导效果.超前扩展点的诱导将成为精细淬火冷却技术中的一项基本方法.

Abstract:By using manual methods,hyper-spreading spots can be produced while the surface temperature is higher than T1,this is termed induction of a hyper-spreading spot.Using the four-stage differentiation theory of quenching in liquids,the following analyses can be made: producing hyper-spreading spots by induction can eliminate the problem of randomness in natural occurrence of hyper-spreading spots;can increase the cooling rate of the work piece;and reduce the differences in cooling rates within a work piece.Two kinds of hyper-spreading spot induction methods have been offered: induction by cone and jet stream induction.Experiments have shown the effectiveness of the two induction methods.Induction of hyper-spreading spots can become a basic process method within the fine quenching technique.
