摘    要:随着人民生活水平不断提高,促使国内邮轮母港的快速发展,邮轮母港快速的发展也带动了登船桥业务的快速发展。登船桥由于服务邮轮的特殊环境和特性,原有的高度测量系统不能满足新型业务发展的需要。新研究的登船桥高度测量系统,采用拉绳位移传感器作为检测元件,解决了原有超声波测高系统受人为和价格因数影响的问题。实际使用结果表明:高度测量新方法具有测量精度高(误差小于±10 mm)、可靠性好、寿命长、使用维护方便、适用于工业环境等特点,具有较高性价比和经济实用性,在登船桥业务中得到广泛应用,对相关行业具有推广运用价值。

Abstract:With the improvement of people ’s living standard,domestic cruise home-ports have growing quickly,thus bringing about rapid development of boarding bridge business. On account of the special environment and characteristics of service cruise,existing heightmeasuring systems can not meet the needs of new business development. In the newly developed boarding bridge height measuring system,a cable-extension position transducer is used as inspecting element to solve the problems of impact from artificial factors and price factor of the original ultrasonic altimeter system. The result of actual application shows that this new height measuring method is characterized through high accuracy( error below 10 mm),good reliability,long service life,easy operation /maintenance,good adaptation to industrial environment. With its high performance-price ratio and economic practicability,it finds wide application in the seaport passenger boarding bridge business and has its potential value of application in related industries.
