摘    要:提出S变换的暂态能量法结合零序无功方向的故障选线及区段定位方法。将各馈线终端单元采集到的故障零序电流信息上传至主站,主站对全网故障信息进行信号分析,运用S变换获取表征故障信号的主导特征频率,比较此频率下各馈线的暂态能量及馈线之间的零序无功方向实现故障选线。根据故障线路上故障点前后波形差异,采用上述方法实现区段定位。仿真结果分析表明,选线和区段定位方法准确、可靠,且不受故障合闸角、噪声干扰等因素影响。

Abstract:In the S-Transformation transient energy method in the zero-order reactive direction in combination with fault line selection and section location method,fault zero-order current information collected by feeder terminal units are uploaded to the main station,which makes signal analysis on the fault information of the entire network,uses S-transformation to obtain the main characteristic frequency of the characteristic fault signal,and compares the transient energy and zero-order reactive direction of the feeder lines at this frequency to complete fault line selection. According to the difference of waveform before and after the fault point of the fault line,the above method is adopted to realize section location. The simulation and analysis results indicate the accuracy and reliability of this approach,which is not affected by fault close angle,noise and other factors.
