电力系统故障诊断遥信量遗漏分析

摘    要:针对输电网故障诊断过程中的遥信量遗漏问题,提出建立事实事件集和虚拟事件集,并以事件集为结点进行故障的因果链诊断。根据故障信息的内在逻辑关系构造虚拟事件集结点,通过分析因果链的合理性来判断构造是否成立,将信息遗漏情况和拒动、误动状态区分开来。最终实现在故障诊断过程中识别遥信量遗漏、评价保护动作情况的功能,从逻辑上解释故障后保护设备的行为。算例验证了所提算法的有效性。

Abstract:To deal with the omission of remote data in the transmission grid fault diagnosis,this article suggests a cause- effect chain for fault diagnosis,based on the establishing of the event set and virtual event set,with the event set serving as the node. Aggregate points of virtual events are created according to the internal logical relationship of the fault information,and the validation of the cause- effect chain is analyzed to judge whether the structure exists or not and to distinguish between data omission and operation rejection /failure.In the end of diagnosis process,recognition of remote data omission and evaluation of protective actions is realized in the course of fault diagnosis,and the protective action after the fault is explained logically. The effectiveness of the algorithm is validated by the sample.
