煤矿主斜井井筒供热风系统的改造

摘    要:针对冬季主斜井井筒结冰的问题,对供热风系统进行改造。采用BRF120型热风炉,代替原自制热风炉,提高了供热效率。改造后,改变了原先的供风方式,热风直接被主要通风机吸入主斜井井筒,减少了热风风量损失。冬季实际运行表明,改造后的供热风系统提高了供热风量,降低了燃煤成本,满足煤矿安全生产要求。

Abstract:On account of freezing problem of main slope shaft in winter,the heating wind system is being transformed.The BRF120 heating wind furnace is adopted,which instead of the original homemade heating wind furnace.This transformation improves heating efficiency and changes original wind way.After the transformation,the hot wind is being directly inhaled in main slope shaft by main ventilator and reduces hot wind loss.The practical operation in winter shows that the heating system improves heating air flow after transformation,reduces coal cost and meets the requirements of coal mine safety production.
