煤矿粉尘在线实时监测与监控技术的研究

针对煤矿井下粉尘治理难的状况,通过对井下粉尘浓度的自动监测与监控、喷雾装置的自动化控制、粉尘浓度超限报警,以及地面监测、信息管理系统等研究,在该系统现有功能基础上,建立了粉尘自动监测与喷雾装置的自动化系统,实现了远距离粉尘在线实时监测、监控与信息管理功能,取得良好效果。

Research on Mine Dust On-Line Real-Time Monitoring and Control Technology

In view of the problems that thick dust environment at underground mine,and it is difficult to handle.Studies the auto-monitor of dust concentration,auto-control of spray device,over-limit alarm of dust concentration,ground monitor and signal management system.On the basis of current functions,the auto-monitor and auto-system of spray device are setted up,which realizes real-time monitor and signal management function of long-distance dust.It has good result in use.
