摘    要:针对内蒙古某含碳低品位硫化铅锌矿石有机碳含量高并以隐晶质形式存在、铅锌硫化物嵌布粒度微细等特点,采用磨矿后预先浮选脱碳-铅锌硫依次浮选-铅、锌粗精矿精选前进行再磨的工艺流程对其进行选矿试验,并在铅精选时加入碳的高效抑制剂铁铬木质素磺酸盐,最终获得了铅品位为53.67%、铅回收率为56.93%的铅精矿,锌品位为44.64%、锌回收率为83.19%的锌精矿和硫品位为36.89%、硫回收率为59.11%的硫精矿,从而为该矿石的开发利用提供了依据。

Abstract:In view of high content of organic carbon even existing in aphanitic form and fine dissemination size of lead-zinc sulfide ore,beneficiation tests on the ore is carried out by the process of pre-flotation decarbonization after grinding-Pb-Zn-S sequential flotation-regrinding of lead and zinc coarse concentrate for cleaning concentration,and adding high efficient inhibitor of carbon called iron-chromium lignosulfonate in the lead cleaning process. Through the process above,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 53.67 % and Pb recovery of 56.93%,zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 44.64% and zinc recovery of 83.19%,and sulfur concentrate with S grade of 36.89% and sulfur recovery of 59.11% was obtained separately,thus providing a basis for the development of the ore.
